ダンスミュージック界のグラミー“International Dance Music Awards (IDMA)”が、2015年（第31回）の結果を発表しました。
最多受賞はHardwellで、Best Global DJ、Best Artist(Solo)に加えて、Best Compilation or Full Length DJ Mix、Best Progressive House/Electro DJ、Best Podcast or Radio Mixshow DJの5冠。
続いたのはSkrillexで、Best Dubstep/Drum & Bass Track、Best North American DJ、Best Dubstep/Drum & Bass DJ、Best Remixerの4冠。Major LazerのBest Commercial/Pop Dance Track、Best Music Videoを入れると6冠で、Hardwellを上回りますね。
新人（扱い）では、KygoがBest Chillout/Lounge Track、Best Break-Through DJ、Best Break-Through Artist (Solo)の3冠。
注目のBest Global Clubは2年連続でUshuaia – Ibiza、Best Music Eventは4年連続でTomorrowland、Best Global Music Labelは3年連続でSpinnin’ Recordsとなっています。
日本勢は、Pioneer DJがBest New Product of the Year、Best Manufacturer of the Year、Best Mixer/Controller、Best Media Playerの4冠で圧倒的な強さでした。
