注目は、Record Of The Year、Album Of The Year、Song Of The Year、Best New Artistの主要4部門のほか、Best Pop Vocal AlbumとBest Pop Duo/Group PerformanceにノミネートされたFun.（写真）。Record Of The Year、Album Of The Year、Best New Artist、Best Urban Contemporary AlbumにノミネートされたFrank Ocean。Record Of The Year、Song Of The Year、Best Pop Solo Performance、Best Pop Vocal AlbumにノミネートされたKelly Clarkson。Record Of The Year、Best Pop Duo/Group Performance、Best Alternative Music AlbumにノミネートされたGotye、といったところでしょうか。
上記の他に、ロック方面ではJack White、The Black Keys、Mumford & Sons、Alabama Shakes、Muse、Coldplay、The Lumineers、Bruce Springsteenら、アーバン/R＆B/ラップ方面ではMiguel、 Kanye West、Nas、Drakeらの名前が複数ノミネートされておりますね。
ダンス・ミュージック方面は、Best Dance RecordingにAvicii、Calvin Harris、Skrillex、Swedish House Mafiaらが、Best Dance/Electronica AlbumにSteve Aoki、The Chemical Brothers、Deadmau5、Kaskade、Skrillexがノミネートされております。
